We're happy to announce the addition of some audio blogs in the form of podcasts availble for download. These pieces were done by the groupd Radiosonideros for the Not A Cornfield project and inform as well as evoke memories of the project.
1. A Tour of the Zanja Madre with Sherri Gust with Cogstone Resource Management.
2. An interview with Zeke Contreras who lives and flys kites in the area. Zeke was born in Chavez Ravine and lived there until it was razed in the 1950s.
3. An interview with Jim Newland about the old Millie's burger stand.
4. An interview with Gene Moy of the Chinese Historical Society of Southern California.
4. Atmospheric sounds of the train beneath the Spring Street Bridge (includes a poem in the text extras of the mp3 file).
