Clear Phase Concludes

The Not A Cornfield "clear phase" concluded May 23, 2006, when Not A Cornfield, LLC's contractual obligations with the State of California were fulfilled, and the State formally signed off on those fulfillments.

The project is now, quite literally, "clear" from the Los Angeles State Historic Park.

A clearing of another sort began this fifth and final adjective-named phase of the Not A Cornfield project. (Brown, Green, Gold, and Blue preceded Clear.)

On January 6, 2006, a John Deere 9660 Combine rumbled through the field, clearing, in a manner of speaking, the stalks.
